Reforge it,surplus is useless but my perks are pretty good

Final round-Perk 2
Field scout or Perfect balance or armor piercing rounds
Arc damage
I got amazing rolls for mine I wasted nearly 114 motes of light i had 4 left and then I got this!

Ended up with Ambush scope Double down Rangefinder Final round At one point. Then i started re rolling thinking I'd get better.... Nope! Shouldve just stuck with that one, all my other rolls were terrible. Lol
