Humans evolving from apes, and sharing a common ancestor with Chimpanzees is a fact.

  • Dude! If you go to the website bar, and edit the numbers in the slashes, you can see what people privately posted, and see the posts from 2004.

  • ...with no fossil as to the missing link between that acclaimed relationship.
An ape is an ape, a monkey is a monkey, a chimp is a chimp, and a human is a human, yet only humans are intelligent.
So you're saying apes, chimps, and monkeys aren't intelligent?

  • They're equally intelligent, not as intelligent as humans.

But they do deserve just as much respect as any other living organism on this planet.

  • I ask because there are multiple fossils detailing different stages of human development, and asking for a "missing link" can vary by definition, sometimes asking for something completely unnecessary, and lead to something like: Where's missing link(X) between W and Y? Right here. Where's the missing link between W and X? Here. Where's the missing link between W and... Etc. • What you are asking for and what we have can vary by definition. Idk what you're closing.

  • He wants all the millions of individuals fossilized and displayed highlighting each microscopic change that adds up to the whole change.

  • Chimps are pretty intelligent. They can communicate, they use tools to get their food. We have found the fossils actually. Also its in the DNA, specifically Chromosome 2 in the human genome.

  • I see your problem. You need every little detailed piece of info in order to call something 'proof' I think Creationists like to always discredit scientists by saying shit like, "SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE!", and we have, but then you go back to saying, "SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE!". What more do you want? We show you evidence, proof even, and yet despite all that you insist that we are still wrong because there is no evidence or proof. You creationists are running out of arguments, that is what's going on. A couple hundred years ago, you used to think the earth was flat, and that epileptic seizures were possession. We HAVE observed evolution on a day to day basis, and are continuing to observe it, in fruit flies and bacteria. You don't seem to really understand evolution, and yet you make these big o'l claims about it. Then when someone tries to educate you about it, you simply say they're wrong because it goes against what you say. And what you say is 'obviously' the truth.
