Does the top kd killer have a chance to get last season ib weapons or its random?
So far ive seen 2 and theyre both at the top of the leaderboard.

you can only get IB drops after you reach rank 3. Odds are the people you saw get it were good at PvP and as a result were already at rank 3 allowing them to get those drops. They were probably just experienced enough and you were in the right team at the right time to see their drop

Everyone has a chance, it's random number genie just like all other rewards.

I got jolders hammer and salimirs wrath today, came in first and second , i think they can drop only after rank 3 not totally sure though

The Iron Banner weapons drop at rank 3, that's right. But ships and exotics can drop any time, no rank requirement. My Warlock got Shark Whisperer at rank 1.
