The best roll for an efrideets spear is:
-Ambush Scope
-Rodeo
-Armour piercing rounds ( for shooting through some walls, and 1 shot headshots against people with res shields )
-Final Round since it applies to all 3 shots.
Arc is the best element on it also in case you decide to use it in PvE.

Why does final round apply to all three rounds?

It's a glitch in the gun's coding and ammo count system. For some reason the issue is on most snipers with it, just very few weapons actually show significant effect- that effect being it will one-shot anywhere.
