I have no clue.
I live in US....
And yet my matches are against China, Brazil and Mexico? I swear 3 of the WORST matches I've ever been in happened today.
How are they even in our lobbies? These connections are SO bad. YET the evade the filtering...no wonder we lag so bad...
Were matching vs. folks opposite ends of earth!
Is this by design?

Just look at the 7th circle of hell illustration of how peers go in an endless circle of lag before the server ever sees your message. It goes round and round and round and round...in this game up to 11 Times, before the server ever gets my message. My connection is too good, so I'm last in line, usually. Seriously, if any1 gives 2 craps, click that link and read how peer to peer is meant for local, not international or even inter-regional.

They said they officially stated that too matchmaking wud pair with equivalent pings then rolled out to the rest of pvp ova time. This didnt happen as ur post indicates.
