Hello dragonhunter3294,
Unfortunately, bungie is unable to transfer data across accounts. If you wish to keep your characters and their progress when upgrading, you'll have to move to a PS4. Of course, you'll have to use the same PSN ID if you choose this path.

That's a shame, if only there was a way they could implement some feature to allow cross transfer :/
