So what's happening is that people freaked out over a slogan that wasn't meant to promote -blam!- culture and took it the wrong way proving everyone who's preventing -blam!- culture is really continuing it as they assume certain things are related to -blam!- culture proving their internal bias

It's impossible to promote what is not real. If people think that we live in a society that encourages or condones r@pe then they are uneducated as the act results in some of the harshest penalties by U.S. law excluding the death penalty.
