Ya know what's funny is I made my character black and the dad was white for the entire beginning. Then when you rescue him from that other vault he turned into a black guy

Yeah. Most people don't know that. Even in New Vegas, you can actually find a picture of the Lone Wanderer's parents in vault 21. And if you noclip on PC when you're being born, she is black.
