If im right its a known bugg and they are working on a fix for it.

The Fix it would be as simple as they did for the Card of Old Russia. I place the Ghost to another place, move it from where it is a problem that the Ghost goes under your view.

thats not an excuse coming from a 20 billion dollar company. its liability. after a game has been out this long there shouldn't be these types of bugs and to be honest after 4 years in the making they shouldn't even have released a game this small with any bugs
