I have had no problem with it with my hunters. Maybe they are running ou5 of range. Lucky raspberry (exotic chest piece) makes arc bolt chain further

I have a 122,226 kills in pve. Believe me when I say the archbolt is not working. I literally throw an archbolt at the toes of 3 enemies and maybe it only hits one and doesn't travel. In PvP it sometimes doesn't detect enemies at any distance.

I think they look into more of thr feedback sections of the forums to see players input about the latest patches and bugs .
