That color scheme doesn't exist in the in game ships yet.
It's usually - blue/red from pvp, green/orange from strikelist, brown from blueprints.
There are a few special ships that don't follow this like raid, faction and the IB one. There's the CE edition one and the black and the white blueprints ones too. And the purple Queens Wrath one.
I'm fairly sure that's all of them in game so far.

You forgot the occasional black and neon green ones.

That's what I meant by green/orange from the strikelist. Some are green and black (Russian Soul) some are orange and black (Tick Tock). :)
