Going to be completely honest I do not take anyone's feedback seriously unless they have their account linked.
For all I know you have never even played this game.
Also one of the best raiders I ever played with was from Sweden.
I'm on the US east coast but we completed something like 30 raids together before he stopped playing.
Point is if you really want to raid then you will put in the time get your characters and weapons to raiding capability.
Go be social online and find five other people that want to do a raid.
It's not hard complex or time consuming.
If your level 28 and people don't want to raid with you maybe it's because your level 28 and getting to level 31 with vendor armor is a raiding standard.

Sorry first time in using the forums how do you link your account.

How do I add an authentication method (Microsoft, PlayStation) to my Bungie.net User Profile? Once signed in to Bungie.net, go to your Settings page and click "Linked Accounts." Click on the appropriate "link" to authenticate it. Simply sign in with that new authentication method and it will become linked. REMEMBER o PlayStation Network accounts may require more credentials, such as a creation of a PSN ID, before linking the account. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130

Until HoW drops even ascendant materials are hard to find i can only get like one from public events and mabe some from postmaster packages.

I remember how hard it was to get ascendant material. That is why they made the daily give materials. The fastest way to progress is to make 3 characters of the same class and do the daily 3 times a day. That becomes 6 material a day, 42 material a week. It only takes 18 to max out 1 vendor item. Also you can buy vendor armor and just dismantle it for shards. I will admit this is harder now than it was at launch because they added the commendations. But you only need 3 pieces of vendor armor (54 shards) and one exotic piece and you will be level 31. No one worth raiding with discriminates against level 31s when going to the vault of glass.
