You can See the player rating. 13. Player Rating. (Already exists within Strikes) You don't play good, you find not a group. (Why not Matchmaking? This one does not just play with the best players. So even beginners will find groups.)

Thats not matchmaking.... Thats in game lfg. All we need is in game global text chat. Matchmaking would be select activity, pubs get put in your group You cant just say, hey, i want to be the group leader, so i can just kick these matchmade players from the list as they pop into my lobby.
