Goku by a long shot. Remember he can dodge bullets, or hell, even catch and crush them (okay that was Gohan, but maybe he could do it too)

Well, this is sort of true, but I'm pretty sure the last thing a Gorgon would do is spot Goku. And Atheon....wouldn't have enough time to port him into the past/future.

This is true, he will likely fail once, be revived by dragon balls after way too much time has passed, and then return to destroy his enemies. AAAATHEEEEOOOOONNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things get too bad, he can just use instant transmission to get out and go back in. Since those effects only work inside the vault, hw would be cleansed/back to normal by leaving and going back.

The vault isn't in the same reality as Venus the very act of going on is going to a whole new plane of existence and goku can not teleport on command he needs to lock on to someone's ki to do so

Hence why you can kill all of the vex [i]IN[/i] the vault. Goku would just fly around the templar, waiting for the Oracle's to show up. Blast Oracles, dodge shots, kamehameha or whatever the templar, game over. His speed, strength, agility, attacks,....all would decimate the vex. Even the gorgons. One spirit bomb would wipe the vault off the damn planet! Shit, he could destroy the whole -blam!-ing planet, and mercury and mars, and the vex in the solar system would be gone. So yeah, goku freaking wins haha.

Goku is kinda of a dumbass. However, he is a genius when it comes to fighting.

Even if he were to outsmart the vex (Tough for Goku atleast) there's also the Hive to worry about.
