Only legendary weapons that come out with HoW will be reforge-able. Unless there's some exceptions that I'm not aware of.

The Red Hand IX was in the vendor when they did the reveal. I dunno if the old ones will be updated to look like the new ones and have the reforge ready perk, I've been wondering that.

Thinking you'd have to buy a HoW version of the gun for it to work, but who knows. Just ready for May 19. :D

Either way I don't really care. My Red Hand IX already has the best perks :D
