Anti gay day in Pennsylvania High School

I know some of you will say it's ok and others won't. I don't think it's right personally but tell us what you think about what they did.

Young kids are insanely impressionable and they start to learn being gay is fine and normal then making some who wouldnt be gay choose to be gay. I think its fine to have a right to protest. If you disagree with a groups agenda then you should no matter what have a right to protest

Ok here's my biggest problem. FORCED PARTICIPATION. Having a day of silence for gays is disruptive in a public school. My high school had one, and two of my teachers participated. That means 1/3 of my day turned into study hall, and I was still accountable for being there. Looking back on it, that was a HUGE waste of money on the schools part. You pay the salary of x amount of teachers for the day, for them to send emails or browse the internet because they are "activists". I don't -blam!-ing care what gays do. Just stop trying to force that shit into my daily life. If it's not in the news, it's on Facebook, if it's not Facebook it's on bnet, if it's not there it's on the news again. Enough already. I'm about to become anti gay just so I can try and make it so they have to shut up about it already. For -blam!-s sake, give it a rest already. I get it, you love dick and you're a guy or pussy and you're a girl.

5 RepliesIdc either way I honestly wish they would just come up with something it's their life let them live it...me personally I don't believe in gay marriage, but as strong as I believe that I believe it's not place to tell people how to live their life based on my thoughts and beliefs. People who do this are ignorant. Also I know it's coming and I'm not hating in anyway but I believe that marriage is for a man and woman, because they can reproduce 2 of the same sex cannot with our species so imo it's not meant to be. Like I said before I could care less either way, it's your life live it the way you think it should lived.

Ok, the school seriously needs to do something about that anti-gay group. With that group being so hateful, promoting bullying gays, and a -blam!-ing "lynch list" and a GSA group in the same school, unless the school does something about this tension, I think people are about to get hurt real bad or worse. [spoiler]this is coming from a Catholic BTW [/spoiler]
