Its gotta be crucible, to the left you see a guardian trying to shoot the titan.

Actually by zooming in it's just the flair from the barrel, and the Hunter's pointing up above the Titan. It's also notable that this looks EXACTLY like Winter's Lair, if I'm right the Hunter's aiming at the Balcony near the Walker parts.
