Yes, [b]all[/b] legendary armour can be upgraded to level 34. This includes the two Vanguard sets, the three faction sets, the two raid sets, the two Crucible sets, and the new Prison of Elders set, or the Queen's Wrath set.

Yeah that's what I mean, the Queen's Wrath gear is now the gear you obtain from the Prison of Elders, presumably updated now though

At 37:00 Goth asks about upgrading the gear that DeeJ has equipped, which at that time was the Crucible/Vanguard gear (they're pretty similar I think). He explains then that that set of armour, when upgraded, can take the player through level 33 and level 34 in the endgame.

ALL they showed was upgrading raid gear. I challenge anyone to show me the quote or screenshot where they showed ALL legendary armor is upgradable.

Hahn thank you kind guardian. Appreciate that. Apparently the designer said something right after DeeJ talked about upgrading Gjallarhorn and said "all legendary weapons and armor". Said fast but he said it. Thanks all!!
