No to things that make enemies drop more engrams and glimmer as it would then just become a farming run

I forgot to mention that Superluck and piñata will be very rare, and immediately prompt one of the worse negative modifiers upon upon appearing. Besides, it's not like you'll be able to run the nightfall over and over with that modifier, they cycle with each run. Finally, I'm incredibly surprised that you are against the chance of getting more items
