Happened to me soloing Nightfall lol. Luckily I could reengage the door and the rest of it worked fine xD

From soloing it? No. Gave me my eighth OWT. The run before, where I had some buddies, I was gifted a Thunderlord. The run before that one gave me The Chosen. Not a bad haul considering my previous NF rewards from the last one.
