I would love this. It would give a reason to play the nightfall again after you already got your loot for the week. Sounds like itd be a blast.
Maybe add an option to choose how many modifiers are applied. The more you set, the better the loot drops. Or something like that

If it were purely negative modifiers I would, but there's a slew of positive ones in there, including Superluck and Piñata, designed to nab you more loot
