Like second option. Sounds like a good gun. Make it Legendary and received as a reward for a story mission. Like the original Destiny guns were designed for.
Also you would have to hip fire 2 weapons as you can't aim both due to the laws of biology and probably other science stuff ;)
You could have it interchangeable like Murmur

The first version was never intended to have ADS, but if I did intend for that, I'm pretty sure the laws of [u]biology[/u] aren't what would be holding it back. Edit: Ok, maybe biology could in a way due to your field of vision. I'm assuming that's what you meant when you said that
