It isnt a time locked event
But it could be hard to get a eon ticket now
Just take your 3DS with you when you go in the city you should get it there one time ^^

Unfortunately I've tried this a few times and no luck yet. My city might not be that popular when it comes to gaming or more specifically Pokemon. I don't know. Thanks for the advice though.

I got mine through the internet ^^ In germany they decided to give everybody the chance to get it so they made a internet page for it... I search it maybe i find it again ^^
