If you recently digitally bought the game, it could be downloading still.

Yea. It finally finished. Didn't know if it was or not. Didn't show any progress or anything.

It does that. When the download looks like its done, thats when it actually becomes playable, but it is still downloading other content

Ok. I know other games have done that but they at least had a message pop up that a mode is still installing instead of being blocked.
