My grandparents (on my fathers side) live in Norway, so... I probably know more about Norse mythology/heritage then you do.
Unless, of course, you are Norwegians
Blame autocorrect...
In Celtic mythology, wolves chase down and eat the Sun so that the Moon can rise every evening, so I fail to see your point (different religions have different views on the wolf and it's association with the moon)...
Besides, if wolves had a Religion (that wasn't their own), I'm pretty sure it would be more like the Native American religions/Celtic religions.
you forgot. in Norse mythology the sun and moon are pulled in chariots that are being pulled by giant horses. the reason that they go so fast is because both are being chased by frost giants (forgot how to spell theyre proper name) in the form of wolves.
