Hawkmoon how you hate me!
Man the RNG gods dislike me. I have been playing since September and still have not be lucky enough to receive one. I notice most of my friends are getting it in front of me but me not once. I had one friend achieve 2 in one week! What's up with that?!? What's your luck been like guardians? And if you got it how didn't feel?

1 ReplyIMHO dude you are not missing out on anything. Hawkmoon looks cool but the "exotic" status it's the only exotic thing about it. I can't understand why the community it's overhyping this damn gun... Maybe they are just trolling Xbone users? I don't know. I just use it for patrol or easy bounties since it's utter useless on raids or roc strikes.

What I have read, is that it's rng. But they can still put a higher ods on some loot than others. Witch means that some loot you will get more ofthen then others and they can still call it random..It's like a 12 sided dice. 3 sides hav one, 3 has two, and 3 has three. and 1 with four, 1 with five and 1 with six. It will still be random witch number you get, but the chance of getting the 3 first are higher

2 RepliesBeen playing since launch also and finally got one during nightfall on Tuesday. I literally prayed to RNGesus through the mic. My fireteam was laughing until they saw it drop, then it was hilarious.

Got two, but my clan mate had the same issue and he finally got it and he was quiet for a minute in stunned disbelief lol. Keep grinding, and good luck at least you have motivation unlike some of us.
