Never played Dark Souls
Attempted Demon souls - killed the phalanx blob dude then couldnt get passed the first room
Picked up Bloodborne because I heard good things. I am hooked. I've barley played Destiny in the past 1.5 weeks. I'm absolutely in love with this game.
Not overly far in it yet. Killed the Cleric Beast and Gascoine, and took down the hunter in Old Yharnam. Also fought the blood-starved beast and Vicar Amelia once each to see what their attack sets were like. Leveling up a bit more and collecting antidotes for the beast and numbing mist for Vicar and will tackle them again in the next couple of days.

I am also at the point wherr I need to level up. I am a level 27 now but I think i should br higher because the attacks are get weaker the further I get.

Yup same. I'm also understanding that I'm not amazing at this game and have made myself OP for the areas im in to account for that lol.

You can do it! Really they aren't that difficult once you learn how to dodge their attacks and level up your gear enough to do significant damage. I think the Blood-Starved Beast is the worst just because of that poison bullshit you have to deal with, but let me just say this...[i]it gets worse.[/i] Or better, if you're a fan of a challenge. Just be sure to investigate all of the areas you can, pay attention to NPC's, and be careful of who you trust...not all of them are exactly "good".

Hemwick Charnel Lane? I don't recall any NPC's in that area. Are you sure you're not thinking of the other forest area? I forgot the name of it.

Beware the bandaged bastard. If you remember that phrase, you're golden. If you went back to where you began the game, you can send him there instead of the chapel to be...dealt with. That's the place for NPC's you don't particularly like.

Excellent lol Just fought the blood starved beast. Died at 25% health left on him. 2nd attempt. Just didn't give myself enough time to get out of his way when he got to the 3rd faster portion. I'll get it tomorrow night then it's on to vicar Amelia :)

Best of luck! And I know how you feel, I got murdered by that prick a lot my first go 'round. He's a breeze now, at least compared to other bosses.

How many times have you run through the game?? My brother just finished his first run through (with both end bosses), and is starting NG+. I'm kind of scared that if I'm having any issue with the blood starved beast maybe i should give up while I'm ahead. I've been reding the forums on some of the later bosses and damn lol.

I like having some variety to change things up if I feel like it. I do the same thing with all games like this.

Cool no rush or need. Just figure if we are both on at the same time we can discuss. I'm usually in a party chat with others while they play their games (mostly Destiny, but a couple GTA/Warframe/Bloodborne in there as well) Got Cleric beast down to about 20% then he decided to stick his poison claws up my @$$ when I was healing lol. I have a goal to take him down tonight, then focus on Vicar Amelia.
