I got Black Hammer on my first ever attempt on normal. My friends had already beaten it before me. LFG only had Crota checkpoints that day. So I joined a Crota CP, learned what to do quickly. We killed Crota just as quick, and I got Black Hammer. I thought: "huh, that was easy" Then that following weekend I did the entire raid legit.

So I was outside just taking a walk, when suddenly a naked black man jumped out of the bushes in front of me. By pure instinct I took my Viking sword out of my pocket and chopped off the black mans dick! That's how I got my black hammer!

Only if you bought this game this week I would make sense on this question, if not...this question is stupid as f*ck. Everyone should know this by now...seriously come on!

Me and a team of five other guardians, three hunters, two warlocks, and a titan, descended deep into the hellmouth in a world that was unlike our own. Once we were transported we felt a weight pushing down on our heads that was so unbearable we were unable to move at a speed faster than a walk. However there were lanterns of light that lifted the darkness away for a short time we would be able to move. In these tunnels there were thousands of thraw grasping at us trying to steal our light. At the end of the cavern we came across a separation and we needed to build a bridge so we stepped on the plate to begin construction. We then elevated ourselves to higher ground where the thraw could not reach us and we thought we were safe from attack when the ogar appeared blasting its darkness from its eye. After defeating the ogar we crossed the bridge and went into the light. The weight was lifted. After the weight had been lifted we found ourselves in another area with what looked like a shattered planet off in the distance. We knew it was time to build another bridge so we took our spots on the plates and began construction. A hive Swordbearer came rushing out of a hallway in an attempt to stop us. We quickly defeated the darkness and sent a brave Hunter across our completed bridge. Once across he hid behind a pillar praying the gatelord waiting for him on the other side did not see him. Were then came up with an idea to take high ground to get a better vantage point of the other side. Once the other guardians and I were atop the tower all but one enemy vanished and that was a swordbearer who had come to replace his fallen brother in darkness. We left the tower and went to the bottom to investigate the disappearance and to our surprise two ogars were coming for our guardian brother that made his way across before any of us. In an effort to protect our brother we laid waste to the ogars attempting to drain our light. Once the ogars were defeated the rest of the enemies disappeared again. But onward we pressed. Our next challenge came to in a hallway guarded by two shrikers and filled with thraw. After disabling the shrikers we press forward and found ourselves falling down a hole. Once in the pit we faces down a hallway to find two hive knights guarding the entrance to this room. We stormed out to find two wizards surrounding a crystal so we went in to face them to only to find a wizard almost as powerful as omnigoal believed to be called the deathsinger. There was a long battle against this hive bitch but we emerged victorious. We then surrounded the crystal and felt a presence one that changed us down to our core and we knew we could not regain our light once it was lost, we had to be careful, crota was on his way. After crota appeared we ran out to face him looking for a swordbearer, because we knew that only a sword of a hive swordbearer could kill the hive god. After killing the swordbearer I bravely ran to grab the sword in an attempt to face crota to end this darkness. We were victorious and upon crota being slain my ghost moved over to his dead body and forged a sniper riffle out of crotas bones and skin. My ghost turned to me and said this weapon is called the Black Hammer.
