Thats an achievement in videos games only one other manage to pull that off and that was manhunt 2 i played manhunt 1 was pretty brutal but you were killing bad guys not civilians

it was because MH2 originally had a castration type pliers execution on the Wii version. it was ruled as too brutal because it was too interactive so they had to remove it... MH2 really wasn't worth playing though, it was a pretty shitty game that was unrelated to the first, about a crazy scientist [spoiler]who implanted a killer's mind in his brain but couldn't control it and he went nuts, and then he searches for the truth while the people who employed him hunt him down..[/spoiler]
