No problems here. Just dont miss shots. People that are good at sniping wont have an issue with this patch.

I haven't had a chance to play. I'm just really afraid that a nerf this big will just lengthen the gap between the best specials and the worst while focusing on getting the most powerful primary out there. So thorn and felwinter's even more?

Nope when i played there was maybe 1 person trying to use their special the entire game. Most of the community cant aim, therefore they will expend like three special shots to kill one guy. I used to run thorn but i tried this morning and last word was a lot better. If you didnt rely on specials and only used them appropriately, you wont have a problem.
