It's been said that you need to win X amout of game in a row of normal crucible to get a ticket to enter (I've heard 3-5 games). Then if you lose I believe 3 games you lose your ticket and need to get a new one. So get your fire team ready for hell.

No idea... I believe that you can still enter the trials, but the tickets are used like commendations. Idk though
