chimmey, the info is right on the bungie web site! under news and house of wolves up date. it was posted by bungie on april 13th. reaad the entire posting in the news and you will be enlightened and not make ignorant statements.

So on April 13th Bungie made an update stating HoW will contain a new raid? Nope. OP wants to file a lawsuit because he claims Bungie lied by not including a new raid. Show us where Bungie said HoW will contain a new raid.
