How do you fill a lawsuit?

On what ground? A dlc you haven't spent money on? What damages would you be hoping to recover? You would never get enough people to to join you on the suit to make it class action. Go talk it over with your parents and see what they think genius. I say that cause you are obviously a 12 year old complaing about something irrelevant. How about you just play a new game?

1 ReplyGood luck with that. Day 1 players had better odds at winning than you do now and at that they were slim at best. Check the EULA. Bring it to your lawyer and see how much they'll charge you to get your $15-20 back. Noone is getting rich anytime soon from a video game lawsuit. I suggest a more effective method. Rather than coming here and spitting out vitriol and hate go to your local government representative and ask them to change the laws. Ask them to write up and pass a bill that puts video game satisfaction for the user as paramount. Ask them to make quality in games as important as safety is in food prep and vehicle manufacturing. I wish you nothing but the best of luck in that.
