Is kind of crappy because the only reason I paid for the season pass was expecting another raid. Well played bungie. I've learned my lesson on games from here on out thanks to you. Never pre-order anything ever again and don't waste money on season passes until you know the content contain therein.

9 RepliesI don't understand why people are suddenly saying there's no Raid. For a start, there are new Raid weapons/gear. Secondly, just because it's name is "the arena", doesn't mean it will be a horde mode. In my opinion, Raids have become a staple to Destiny's higher end content, it'd be illogical for House of Wolves not to have one.

There is no raid. But end game gear maybe coming from the trials or the new modes. There will be a raid just later on.

The statement is as false as Bungie's love for its fans, HoW does not have a raid, and sure as hell isn't worth it's cost.

6 RepliesRaid Gear is the term for Endgame content gear. In this case, I can imagine it working perhaps on the Crucible/Vanguard mark system. You gain marks from performance in the Arena, and then you trade those for the new gear.

It WILL have a raid. My guess is that Bungie are ready to deal with the huge content gap between HOW and the next expansion (Comet), so they'll release the raid a few months after (August?). They will say something like 'oh, this gives us extra time to perfect the raid etc etc'. Who knows, maybe they will make it better than Crota's End, cause -blam!- me that was rushed.
