I've been having the same problem, also on Xbox 360. Besides Hawk, I sometimes get Caterpillar or I just outright get disconnected from Xbox Live and am brought straight to the login screen. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a problem with our internet connection. Too bad I'm too lazy to figure out what to do :P

I have everything port forwarded and blah blah blah..... i have everything set up the best i can do for xbox live. All the other accounts on my xbox could access live but my personal account wouldn't get onto live at all :( definitely frustrating
