Yep it is! Go buy it now!!! It has flaws but solid gameplay and a good amount of content takes the cake.

Yup! There is "Parrallel Quests" that are quick(or long) side missions that give you XP and items. 55 of them for you to play with friends! Plus there is battle mode and the Time Patrol mode(singe player story mode)
