I'm not really against it, I just dont use it and would prefer if people in doing stuff with aren't using it (depending on the stuff).

I can agree with that. I hate when cigarette smokers blow smoke around me when I'm on shift at the solar farm. But those people shouldn't go to jail.

Right. I'm not saying they should go to jail, just that I would appreciate the courtesy of not smoking near me, and I understand that they shouldn't have to change their behaviors to match what I want.
