The question is why don't the vex send them selves back in time and stop the traveler from being created

  • It would create a paradox, if the vex went back in time and somehow destroyed the Traveler, then the Traveler wouldn't exist in the present. As a result, the Vex would have never gone back in time in the first place. Look up the Grandfather Paradox if you want more info

  • I''ve thought about this affect. This also means any time traveling that changed the future intentionally would create a paradox. Assuming you can change the future though, what has stopped the vex from doing so? Is making yourself a universal law more powerful than destroying everything before it starts?

  • Once you are THE LAW OF THE UNIVERSE you cannot be broken, you cannot be erased, you become a part of EVERYTHING and your existence will be as natural as gravity.

  • Ah see, now you have to think about how the Traveler was created. What exactly is it made of. Where was it created, for all we know, it could be only a probe from an even further advanced species in another universe!!! Perhaps there are travelers everywhere...
