When I was trying (and apparently failing) to balance it I kept asking if someone would sacrifice Fireborn or Weapons of Light to pick this class. Magnet Field only fully traps people who walk into the core, or the black bit of the Nova Bomb Vortex. People only walk at half speed inside but they do get pulled into the core, so you don't have to be stupid to get to the centre, but it isn't impossible. Also SHIT I FORGOT THE DOUBLE JUMPS

I know that. It's just that most people don't switch characters around say, in a raid or in a crucible match. story mission. If you are doing Crota on a Titan, a warlock is going to make the decision to use this class not a Titan.

But still sacrificing self res over a distraction ability is something I personally wouldn't do. Also the only time you should be switching subclasses in game is Voidwalker to Sunsinger from Abyss to the rest of Crota.

Magnet field would be way over powered. You essentially said they can't really move. If they shoot they die. It lasts for a long Time AND you gain bonuses from it.

I simply states my opinion that having all of those no matter how strong is overpowered. Meaning I don't think it will work. Don't ask for opinions of you don't want to hear it.
