I was my first exotic bounty and weapon I got. I soloed it when I was level 24 and only had one (not even leveled at all) legendary scout rifle that sucked. You can do it.

was this before or after they buffed the strike in December? it used to just be strike that was 2 levels above a Tiger, then they added the Epic Modifier and made it so you had to damage phogoth to make ships spawn ?
