Bungie disabled the Hive Disruptor perk because it interferes with the White Nail perk. Until they re-enable it then it won't show as fully upgraded.

Ohhh are they gonna do the same with word of crota - same issue, specially with explosive rounds. Bungie really need to fix all this ton of bugs and problems... I hope this extra 2 months of us waiting for the new DLC means Bungie is working on something less broken and content full.

Yeah they have a lot to fix. Tune into the weekly updates to find out what they fix/add.

Yeah I was reading it the other day and they slowly giving us some info but they didn't list even 10% of what need to be fixed. For example - logic behind exotic weapon drops. Or - why irrelevant Xur exists. Or why are we still beeing rewarded asscendent materials as nightfall rewards. Or why do I need strange coins now since xur is irrelevant. Or why Crota on hard would reward me 2 energies - same reward I pulled from the first chest in the beginning of the raid... etc etc etc lol
