When's the last time you've been killed by an AR in the Crucible? Right. I think Bungie laid a MASSIVE nerf hammer on this entire weapon class. Not only did they decrease the overall damage by 2.5%, they lowered the range too. Which could've compensated for ARs being OP by itself. The SUROS sucks now, but that's because almost all auto rifles suck now. Bungie should seriously take an auto rifle buff into consideration. No more nerfs. I think I'd knock somebody's teeth so far down their throat that they'd have to drop their drawers to eat if I see another weapon or weapon class nerf again. And I think all of you will agree with me. Cheers.

1 ReplyEdited by SaberFusion1: 4/9/2015 1:38:04 PMgotta say im kinda dissapointed with vex.. got it this week and maxed it. its cool for pve against cabal and hive. but pvp then :( "bullets" spread too much cuz the recent fusion rifle nerf. it has absolutely no chances againts pulses in medium range, not to mention longer ranges. even got killed by good ars. 41 headshot damage doesnt help much with current accuracy. for rumble thou it was nice, and for any small map. still shotguns better every other gun in smaller maps. so give back the original accuracy and nerf pulses a bit but not back to old, maybe make it +7,5% compared to old, when now its 15%.

Fusion rifles got nerfed in a different way, ironically changing the cone shape of the blast made Vex's accuracy worse.

13 RepliesYou looked at 2 stats. Now include accuracy, stability, the ability to land all of those shots and crits, suros healing perk, range, and the amount of "bounce" to an enemies screen. Yes, Suros is still better overall than the vex. No, it will not beat a vex at shotgun ranges. Yes, you are bad. No, you should not be crying nerf.

2 RepliesLol, even with its old accuracy the Vex is not OP. Top tier, but not OP. Your comparing it to Suros, a now obsolete exotic from a now obsolete weapon class. I would stop worrying about the Vex and start worrying about Thorn, Red Death, and Last Word. They do need to buff Suros and otger ARs, but NOT because of the Vex.
