For a support super it is a good idea, however I would suggest:
It speeds up health & super generation rate x 2
It gives a mild overshield (stops 1 bullet)
All grenades across fireteam gain solar burn ability.
Guardians under it's effect hear an audio cue to let them know they have it.

Agreed. The boost should be slightly more general. Movement speed. Reload speed. Super regeneration. Grenades. Health. All of it should be boosted. Would make it epic.

Granted it's been a [i]very[/i] long time since anyone has seen fit to use it in my vicinity, but I believe that when acquiring Song of Flame there is a screen wipe similar to gaining stacks of Chain of Woe. However this can be easily overlooked in the heat of combat.

I can tell who is benefiting because they get a red haze around their head (like weight of darkness), however I don't know what it is like from the other side of the fence because I genuinely can't think of a time the Song of Flame has been sung for me... I remember testing it out when I first unlocked it and my fireteam not really being able to utilise it (in PvP or PvE). Even calling out its use, some people still run away, and others find it hard to monitor their cooldowns. I would 100% like some audio cues, like mild "angelic" singing when it is active and a chirp when cooldown is complete on grenade and melee...
