Its pretty easy and can be done in under 20 minutes without burn damages

    You are correct. Bungie wants to nerf the strike to help people complete it. Dropping the health of Valus doesn't make sense. I don't see this strike as a problem, but that's because I can complete it, solo or with a full fire team.
