A few things:
1) For a Titan its incredibly easy to make this jump so long as you remember you have to have activated sprint prior to jumping and you need to activate jet pack immediately after the first jump. I very rarely miss it. You don't even have to have maxed agility. (PRO Tip: Use MIDA)
2) Killing the knight does not spawn thrall. Having a fire team member run to far through the maze while your on top will spawn them.
For Hard Mode:
Everything is the same up until the ogre. If you have Ghorn then by all means drop him! If not then wait until he starts firing on you with his bullets of purple death. Immediately pop your bubble. If you have BASTION activated in your perk tree then your bubble will last long enough for the bridge to form. The moment the bubble pops drop off the rock and RUN! Works every time.

You dont need mida or max agi btw. When i had my second titan he was grossly underlvled in the raid. Soloed it for a few weeks with most of his perks missing.

Thanks for the tips. However the description clearly states this is for people who are having trouble getting the timing right or any other issues. This is also for solo players who are alone without people to stand on the spawn plate which means when they attack/kill the knight, thralls swarm.

I've done this many times solo on regular and hard on my Titan and Hunter. Killing the knight does not make the Thrall swarm. The only times the thrall will even show up are random spawns (just a couple), or after you activate the bridge. By being on a rock or your post though, you are safe from everything except the ogre. Clark0706 is right in this instance. Perhaps you had a random event occur which makes you think this, but I'd suggest trying again by killing that solo knight if you'd want proof. If not, keep doing as you are. There really isn't a down-side I suppose.
