The vault hunters tried to kill him before he did anything bad to them. I wish there was a decision whether you kill him or not.

That's not true. Matpat completely left out the fact that Jack used Angel to trick the first Vault Hunters into opening the first Vault in order to release all the Eridium through out the Pandora.
