I've never seen a burn on the rockets McDickface strike. If there has been, it was once to a lifetime of no burn

I think only once or maybe twice it did. The very first time it had Arc Burn, because I remember crapping on him with Thunderlord on PS4 and the Psions killing with that wave in one hit.
