DeeJ isn't a bad community manager, he's stuck managing a bad community. This place is toxic, and filled with whiny snot-nosed brats who do nothing but bitch and hurl negative shit all over the place. People say he doesn't have enough of a presence on the boards... Well maybe if mature, intelligent people voiced concerns and opinions in a calm manner it would be worth his time to respond. If the only way people around here can communicate is with "WTF BUNGIE DIS IS CRAP XUR SUCKS DEEJ SUCKS TROLOLOLOL" then what the hell do you expect? I wouldn't dignify your childish tantrums with a response either. Keep doing your thing DeeJ, I know it's not easy.

  • Now that the deej suck fest is out of the way on your part, the dude has nothing to do with this place aside from announcing updates. The problem was, initially anyway, was that people thought he was a resource to get some kind of change or something. Which I suppose in a sense he may be, but this forum needs moderating. Instead of making threads in the general section about "nerf this, RNG, gjallarhorn...." It should all be in #feedback or whatever. This forum is poorly moderated and on TWO separate occasions deej made threads essentially putting the "earning vs xurning" fire out with gasoline. That's not very professional either. So there's fault on both sides, but when you take the title of "community manager" no matter how empty the title, for a video game I'm sure there's got to be a degree of expecting that the community is going to be full of kids.

  • I don't think Bunjie takes the complaints to heart. Half of em are BS, but the other half are probably legitimate complaints.

  • There are no bad communities. Only bad leaders. The community wasn't toxic, first. Our unruly attitude has come in response to their lack of transparency and poor communication.

  • "Poor communication" from DeeJ didn't turn everybody here into a bunch of whiny ten-year-olds.

  • When wow first came out, the development team, (NOT JUST THE COMMUNITY MANAGER) played with their fans on a DAILY basis. The community manager at the time would actively spend times on the forums and the game because they truly did want to build a game that could be enjoyed through and through, THEN they started upping the market with different things. Deej barely plays this game (because its garbage) and ya like someone said further up, doesnt give responsibly responsive feedback. This company has a leash on this person and its pathetic because they probably wish they werent paying him in the first place. fact of it all is... shitty games bring in shitty communities.

  • There wouldn't be complains if this game didn't feel like a demo.

  • You've got three characters that are 31+, you've put a lot of time into this "demo".

  • By demo, I meant little content. The only reason I put a lot of time into this because this game forces you to repeat their small array of content over and over.

  • It's DeeJ's job to ban them and then it will stop. It really doesn't take that much effort to clean up a forum.

  • When it's the majority of a forum, yes, it does. I mute countless people a day on here for trolling/vitriol. I don't get anywhere close to all of them and go through the same thing with a fresh group the next day.
