The revolving cartridge rotates on all handcannons. That's how they work.

I mean it does it without firing. Hadn't noticed or tried it on any of the others, tbh

ya you can do that with other hand cannons :) When I realized it I was pretty amazed at that detail

Oh ok. But if you very gently squeeze the trigger on any handcannon, the mag will start to rotate and the hammer will start to pull back
