From what I can tell, "The Division" is not a knock-off by any means, it is however going to be in the same genre and will compete against Destiny. I am hoping The Division will provide what I am alluding to (not pure RNG) because I will make that switch from Destiny to Division in a heartbeat.

I'm honestly hoping for a Beta or an Alpha of The Division, Ubisoft being behind the game makes me skeptical but the idea of the game is very good so I'm hoping it turns out great.

Yeah, I agree with you on all accounts. Based on all the release delays, its only sensible to imagine Ubisoft is either (1) screwing up completely; or (2) working extra hard to make sure its everything it can be. I would be all-over a beta release, that would make me happy.
